JR-TP has extensive experience advising on residential development from small housing schemes through to strategic residential sites across London, the South East and the Midlands.

Experience includes greenfield and brownfield development, residential development on former employment sites, regeneration projects and the delivery of new homes within complex policy and site constraints. This includes projects ranging from bespoke developments and small housing schemes through to major residential-led developments of over 150 dwellings, including the redevelopment of former employment land in Dudley for 61 homes and a 150-home scheme on an allocated employment site in south-west London.
