Mixed-use development has been a significant part of Jen's career, particularly in the delivery of complex regeneration projects.

Experience spans residential, retail, leisure, commercial and public realm developments, with schemes requiring careful consideration of planning policy, viability, design and phased delivery. Relevant projects include a 12-storey mixed-use Build-to-Rent development in east London comprising 100 apartments, a gym and commercial floorspace, as well as a major mixed-use regeneration scheme in Gloucester incorporating employment, retail, hotel and leisure uses.
