Retail planning has been a core area of Jen's professional experience throughout her career.

Experience includes town centres, retail parks, supermarkets, comparison and convenience retail, drive-thru development and leisure-led retail destinations. Jen has also advised local authorities on retail evidence, town centre strategies and Local Plan policy. Her experience ranges from the day-to-day planning asset management of individual retail units within major shopping centres on behalf of a leading UK retail and property investment company, through to the redevelopment and expansion of major retail and leisure destinations comprising more than 30 retail, leisure and food and beverage units, together with wider shopping centre refurbishment
